Terms of Purchase

These Terms of Purchase govern any order you place through the dooq website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Ordering Process

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from us. We will send you an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.

A contract is formed only when we dispatch your order and send you a dispatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Errors in product information or pricing
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Orders that violate our policies

2. Limited Edition Products

dooq specializes in limited edition releases. Our products are released in small batches, typically 100 units or fewer per edition. We do not impose arbitrary purchase limits on our customers.

However, we reserve the right to cancel orders that:

  • Appear to be placed by automated systems (bots)
  • Are intended for commercial resale rather than personal use
  • Show patterns consistent with fraudulent activity
  • Violate the spirit of our limited edition releases

We want our pieces to reach real customers who will cherish them. If you believe your order was cancelled in error, please contact our support team.

3. Cart Reservation

When you add items to your cart and proceed to checkout, we reserve the inventory for you for 15 minutes. If you do not complete your purchase within this time, the reservation will expire and the items may become available to other customers.

This system ensures fairness for all customers during high-demand product releases.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in USD ($).

We accept the following payment methods:

  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. Your billing address must match the address registered with your payment card.

Non-returnable items:

  • Personalized or made-to-order items
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Hygiene-sealed items if the seal has been broken

7. Exchanges

Due to the limited edition nature of our products, we cannot guarantee exchanges for different sizes or colors. If you need a different item, we recommend returning your purchase for a refund and placing a new order (subject to availability).
